Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of PlayToEarn Business Center, a platform for advertisers and business clients to manage campaigns, payments, and access analytics. By using this platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Definitions
- Advertiser: Any person or entity purchasing advertising services on PlayToEarn.
- PlayToEarn Services: The advertising and analytics services provided by PlayToEarn PTE. LTD.
- Business Center: The interface provided to advertisers to manage ad campaigns, analytics, and payments
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PlayToEarn Business Center, you agree to comply with these Terms. PlayToEarn may update these Terms at any time, and any changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use after changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter binding contracts to use the Business Center.
Advertising Services
- Ad Creation: Advertisers can create and submit advertisements for approval
- Approval Process: PlayToEarn reserves the right to reject, approve, or remove any advertisement that violates its policies or applicable laws.
- Ad Placement: PlayToEarn does not guarantee specific ad placement or performance.
Payment Terms
- Payment Obligations: Advertisers agree to pay all fees associated with their campaigns, including applicable taxes.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard via Stripe) and PayPal.
- Invoices and Billing: Invoices will follow the payment schedule in the Business Center, with payment due upon receipt of the invoice.
- Late Payments: PlayToEarn reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments and suspend or terminate accounts with unpaid balances.
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Account Suspension and Termination
PlayToEarn may suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance with these Terms, fraud, or illegal activity. Upon termination, PlayToEarn may retain any remaining account balance as liquidated damages for breach of contract.
Advertiser Responsibilities
- Accuracy: Advertisers must ensure that all provided ad information is truthful, accurate, and non-misleading.
- Compliance with Laws: Advertisers must comply with all applicable laws, including data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and local advertising regulations.
Intellectual Property
Advertisers retain ownership of their ad content but grant PlayToEarn a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and display the content on the platform. Advertisers must ensure they have the rights to all content used in their ads.
Data Privacy and Security
PlayToEarn will handle all data collected through the platform in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Advertisers agree to use PlayToEarn's services in compliance with these laws, as outlined in the PlayToEarn Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality
Advertisers agree to keep all non-public information disclosed by PlayToEarn confidential and not to use it outside the scope of the Business Center.
Limitation of Liability
PlayToEarn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Business Center. PlayToEarn's total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
Force Majeure
PlayToEarn will not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
Termination by Advertisers
Advertisers may terminate their use of the Business Center at any time by giving written notice to PlayToEarn. Termination does not entitle the advertiser to any refunds unless required by law.
Changes to Services
PlayToEarn may modify or discontinue any aspect of the Business Center at any time. PlayToEarn will provide reasonable notice of significant changes to the platform or services.
Indemnification
Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlayToEarn, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the advertiser's use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
