These Payment Terms govern all payments made on PlayToEarn.com. By using our services, you agree to these terms. PlayToEarn.com is operated by PlayToEarn PTE. LTD., Singapore.

General Payment Terms
PlayToEarn offers businesses the opportunity to run targeted advertisements aimed at Play- to-Earn crypto gamers. All payments for advertisements are subject to these terms.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard (via Stripe)
- PayPal
These payment methods cover digital goods, specifically the purchase of advertisements.
No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Goods
Since our services involve digital goods that can be immediately used upon purchase, there is no right of withdrawal or refund for purchased advertisements unless required by applicable law.

Country-specific regulations:
- Germany (EU): As per § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for digital content not delivered on a physical medium once the service has been provided.
- USA: No federal regulations mandate a right of withdrawal for digital goods. Most states do not allow refunds for digital services unless defects are present.
- China: Consumer protection laws apply, but digital services are generally excluded from refunds unless a technical defect exists.
- Japan: Digital goods are non-refundable once the service or product has been used.
- Singapore: Digital services, including advertisements, are not eligible for refunds unless a significant defect is present.
Billing and Security
- Credit Checks: We reserve the right to conduct credit checks and may suspend or refuse services based on results.
- Secure Payments: Payments are processed through secure gateways (Stripe and PayPal), ensuring compliance with the highest security standards.
  - Stripe: Payments are encrypted to protect your data.
  - PayPal: PayPal offers buyer protection, but this does not apply to digital goods
Fraud Prevention and Account Suspension
PlayToEarn reserves the right to cancel or delay transactions to prevent financial loss or fraud. We may suspend or deactivate accounts if payment failures, suspicious activity, or breaches of these terms occur.
Taxes and Fees
You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, levies, or fees imposed by any governmental authority regarding the purchase of advertising services.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you dispute a payment, you must notify us immediately. PlayToEarn reserves the right to contest any chargebacks with payment processors. All charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in specific legal requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayToEarn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim related to services provided shall be limited to the amount paid for the advertising services.
Advertiser Obligations
- Payment Obligation: Advertisers agree to pay all amounts specified in the order form, including applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.
- Ad Content: PlayToEarn reserves the right to reject advertisements that violate our guidelines, including but not limited to those promoting illegal content, deceptive information, or inappropriate materials.
Right to Amend Payment Terms
PlayToEarn reserves the right to amend these Payment Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Payment Terms, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore for any legal action or proceeding.
